SBA LOANS
OVERVIEW
What Is an SBA Loan?
The trade is paperwork and time. SBA files carry more documentation and more scrutiny than a conventional loan, and they take longer to close. You are buying better terms with patience.

Key Considerations Before Applying
Start earlier than you think you need to. SBA files run 30 to 90 days from application to funding, and that clock does not start until the file is complete: three years of business and personal returns, interim financials, a debt schedule, and a use-of-funds breakdown that ties to the dollar.
Eligibility is not a formality. Size standards, the credit-elsewhere test, and use-of-funds rules kill deals late when nobody checked them early. That check takes an hour at the front end.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
How We Help
